As part of a 4-year collaboration with four other NGOs and research institutes, we are developing what we call a sensitive approach to economic research of sustainability: we are studying the economic feasiblity of the development of new guidelines for the reduction of the suffering of fishes caught in fisheries, using an approach that combines traditional mathematical modelling with an experimental component grounded in artistic research.
